Saturday, April 28
"Jammin' for Jodi"
A Help Hope Live Fundraiser
Kittery's Walker Dance Hall
Door at 6:30
Jodi is suffering from an autoimmune disease that is destroying her liver. Aside from the momentous emotional drain, there are untold medical bills and expenses not covered by insurance as she faces a liver transplant this spring. We'll help raise as much as possible in our small way by hosting a dance fundraiser. All proceeds benefit Help Hope Live, the nonprofit organization that is working with Jodi. Silent auction and raffles, plus the Lady Luck Burlesque troupe. $35 per person includes food and drinks. Tickets, by April 1, must be purchased in advance. Tix at McLaughlin-Hills Gallery, or call 319-8306, or contact York OB/GYN and Midwifery Associates, (207) 351-3455.

Saturday, June 16
North Hampton Bandstand

It's the hands-down best homemade lawn party in America. If you've never experienced it, bring the whole dam' crew and we'll see you there for funky tunes, hot dogs and ice cream, whole families sprawled on blankets and lawn chairs, and our own tribute to the legendary blue-eyed soul icon Wayne Cochran. Sponsored by North Hampton Bandstand Committee with 100 percent funding from private contributors and local business.

Rockin' Rye Independence Party

Celebrate the Fourth with fireworks, flagwaving, friends and a Froozen Fruitini or two. It's a family-friendly lawn party deluxe as we warm you up for the rockets red glare and bombs bursting in air. We're so excited, we will absolutely set someone's hair on fire and play Love Shack twice. Free admission for bona fide British nationals willing to denounce the King. Free admission for everyone else too. Sponosred by Rye Recreation Department.

Saturday, July 7
Seacoast Food Pantry Benefit
A Beer and BBQ Bonanza
Red Hook Brewery
7 o'clock
People without money rely on local non-profit groups like the Seacoast Family Food Pantry for crucial help when needed. It's a fact. Pantries are maxed out. Shelters are full. We'll play this fundraiser for peanuts and beer and give all the proceeds to this worthy cause. Won't you join us? It's simple. We all have fun, drink some fresh beer and do a little 'Q, and other people won't go hungry. Join us in giving thanks that we can afford to enjoy ourselves with a funky good time at this big benefit event.

Thursday, July 26
Seacoast Science Center
Music by the Sea
Odiorne State Park, Rye
6 o'clock
This only happens once a year. On the ocean. Rated New England's #1 Summer Music Festival. Great food, plus draft beer and fine wine onsite. Under the big top. You'd be wicked smaht to take it in. Rain or shine, a great family party. Plus, a free Meet and Greet with our own legendary Spidy after the show. Learn about weird chords, Spidy's triple-neck guitar collection and what a rock star does when he's offstage. May not be suitable for normal people due to strong graphics and intense dramatization. Sponsored by Seacoast Science Center and local businesses.

Wednesday, August 8
Stratham Hill Park
6 o'clock
Home of the Stratham Fair and the cultural epicenter of this blooming summery community, the David Noyes Stage and its Outdoor Ampitheater provides the finely crafted setting for an evening of hits from the worlds of soul, R&B, funk, pop, swing, disco, New Orleans, longhair classics, Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen and Walt Disney. Bring a chair. Bring the fam. Bring a goat. Just be there.

Thursday, August 16
Greenland Bandstand
Center of Greenland
5:30
Honestly, we have no idea what to expect because we've never played in Greenland before. We suggest bringing lots of warm clothing and maybe a survival blanket because we hear it's realy really cold there yearround. Bugs shouldn't be a problem though. And they say that by August the trees have leafed out and you can forage for edible mosses, so we'll have that going for us, which is nice. Why not join the adventure and risk a ride all the way from, say, Portsmouth or even Dover to see the show? It'll be a first. Sponsored by the Greenland Recreation Department and Hypothermia Research Foundation.

Saturday, August 18
Wedding Reception
Wentworth by the Sea

This is a private event, so you can't come unless we or the bride says so. But, we do want to use this space to let the Wentworth's locker room attendant know we're coming back and looking forward to some locker room banter, renewing our fabulous memories of gigs past and maybe recounting a putt or two. And we'd also like to say thanks in advance, Old Pal, for the extra towels and polishing up our ole' FootJoys while we're performing.

Saturday, October 27
